Val Applewhite
Val Applewhite (Democratic Party) is a member of the North Carolina State Senate, representing District 19. She assumed office on January 1, 2023. Her current term ends on January 1, 2027.
Applewhite (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the North Carolina State Senate to represent District 19. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Val Applewhite earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and an M.S. in political science. Her career experience includes working as a real estate broker.[1] Applewhite served as a councilwoman for the City of Fayetteville from 2007 to 2011.[2]
