Rosita Youngblood (Democratic Party) was a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 198. Youngblood assumed office in 1994. Youngblood left office on November 30, 2020.

Biography
Youngblood earned her B.A. in human services from Antioch University in 1985.[1]
