Judah Nativio is a former at-large member of the Queen Creek Unified School District Governing Board in Arizona.

Campaign themes

2016

Nativio's campaign website highlighted the following issues:

Conservative Values

  • True conservative policies of limited government, traditions of our American values, and the rule of law are crucial to freedom and liberty. Arizona’s leaders must enact laws and policies that support conservative values in order to protect and expand the American Dream and our culture.

Balanced Budget

  • Arizona families live within their means; we need laws that promote a balanced budget to force government to do the same. We need to continue our constitutional requirement of passing a balanced budget that focuses on the needs of a current and future Arizona. A balanced budget safeguards the future and prosperity of our great state.

Lower Taxes

  • Americans need to be able to afford to take care of themselves and families. We need to lower taxes so that Arizona families can keep more to invest in our communities. We must take appropriate actions to prevent inflation and cost shifting in Arizona.

Economy

  • Free markets are essential to economic prosperity in Arizona and the United States. Increased taxes and an unbalanced budget lead us away from free markets, which creates the necessity for Arizona to protect and create reduced tax policies that defend the free markets. We need to balance the budget and enact a plan to ensure this state meets its current and future responsibilities.

Education

  • We need a world-class education system that attracts the world’s best and brightest. We need to not only invest in our public schools but invest in our growing charter school system as well. Improving our education system is essential to building a qualified workforce and creating and stimulating new ideas and industries. An educated population ensures a strong economy, creates law-abiding citizens, and keeps our state moving forward.[2]
