Mike May, Iowa Representative
Mike May (b. June 22, 1945) was a Republican member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 6th District from 2005-2010.
May is a retired teacher and coach. He serves as Co-Owner/Manager of Triggs Bay Resort.
May is Co-Treasurer of the Dickinson County Republican Party, Vice President of Iowa Great Lakes Quality of Life, and Co-Founder/Vice President of Okoboji Tourism Committee.
He is a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Iowa Lodging Association, Iowa State Education Association, National Association of Independent Businesses, Okoboji Protective Association, Petroleum Marketers of Iowa, and the Retired Teachers Association.[1]

On November 4, 2008, May was re-elected to the 6th District Seat in the Iowa House of Representatives with no opposition.[2] He raised $28,548 for his campaign.[3]
