Lynne S. Callahan (Republican Party) was a judge of the Ohio Ninth District Court of Appeals. She assumed office on February 11, 2017. She left office on February 10, 2023.

Callahan (Republican Party) ran for re-election for judge of the Ohio Ninth District Court of Appeals. She did not appear on the ballot for the general election on November 8, 2022.

Callahan was previously a judge on the Summit County Court of Common Pleas, Ohio. She was elected to that court in November 2008.

Education

Callahan received her undergraduate degree from the University of Akron in 1979 and her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 1984.

Note: After incumbent Judge Lynne Callahan decided to retire after the May 3 primary, the Republican Party nominated Jill Flagg Lanzinger to run as the Republican candidate in the general election. Flagg Lanzinger withdrew from an election to another seat on the court in order to replace Callahan.
