Arizona Proposition 102 was on the ballot as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment in Arizona on November 8, 1988. It was approved.

A "yes" vote supported changing the name of the Commission on Judicial Qualifications to the Commission on Judicial Conduct, providing for the addition of two new members to the Commission, extending the terms of members of the Commission to six years, subjecting the conduct of all judges in the state to the Commission, and providing for the suspension of a judge without pay as an alternative to the traditional forms of discipline.
