Bill Carruth was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 31 of the Georgia State Senate.[1] Carruth was defeated by incumbent Bill Heath in the Republican runoff primary on August 21, 2012.[2]

Carruth ran in the 2012 election for Georgia State Senate District 31. Carruth and incumbent Bill Heath defeated J.K. Rogers and in the Republican primary on July 31, 2012. They faced each other in the primary runoff on August 21, 2012. Carruth was defeated by incumbent Bill Heath.[2][1][3]
