Donn Marshall
Donn Marshall was a 2014 Democratic candidate for District 63 of the West Virginia House of Delegates. He withdrew in March when he accepted a job with the U.S. Department of Defense. His wife, Heather Marshall, replaced him on the ballot.[1][2]

2014
Elections for the West Virginia House of Delegates took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 13, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was January 25, 2014. Incumbent Michael Folk was unopposed in the Republican primary. Folk defeated Heather Marshall (D) in the general election. Marshall replaced her husband, Donn Marshall, in the race after he accepted a job with the U.S. Department of Defense.[3][4]
2012
Marshall ran in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 63. Marshall ran unopposed in the May 8 primary election and was defeated by Michael Folk in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[5][6][7]

2010
Marshall was defeated in District 55 in the November 2, 2010 general election. He was defeated by Republican incumbent John Overington. Marshall was unopposed in the primary election.[8][9]
