Douglas W. Franklin
Douglas W. Franklin (b. June 21, 1958) was a Republican candidate for District 15, West Virginia House of Delegates in the November 2, 2010 state legislative election.
Biography
Franklin's professional experience includes being an iron worker for Triangle Erectors, Inc.[1]

Franklin was defeated for one of the three positions in District 15 on the ballot in the November 2, 2010, general election. His opponents in the general election were Democratic incumbents James Morgan and Kevin Craig; Democrat Matthew James Woelfel, Republican incumbent Carol Miller and Republican Patrick Lucas. The top three vote-getters were elected.[2][3]
