Gary R Van Horn
Gary R. Van Horn was a 2016 candidate from the Independent American party for Utah governor. The Independent American Party is a conservative minor-party in the state of Utah.[1]
Previously, he was a 2014 Independent American candidate for District 58 of the Utah House of Representatives. Van Horn was disqualified before the general election.[2]
