Lee S. Cotter (Republican Party) was a member of the New Mexico State Senate, representing District 36. Cotter assumed office in 2013. Cotter left office in 2017.
Cotter (Republican Party) ran for election to the New Mexico House of Representatives to represent District 39. Cotter lost in the general election on November 6, 2018.
Cotter is a former Republican member of the New Mexico State Senate, representing District 36 from 2013 to 2017.
Biography
Cotter earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from New Mexico State University and an MBA from the University of Arizona.[1]
