Margaret Smith (West Virginia legislator)
Margaret "Peggy" Donaldson Smith (b. August 10, 1952) is a former Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 46 from 2008 to 2016.
Biography
Smith earned her B.A. from West Virginia Wesleyan. She went on to receive her M.A. and EdD from West Virginia University. She then earned her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law.
Smith has worked as a legislative assistant for West Virginia Treasurer Larrie Bailey. She worked as an attorney during her tenure.[1]
