Robert Frank (Virginia)
Robert P. Frank was a judge on the Virginia Court of Appeals.[1] He was elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly on February 27, 1999 and took office on March 16, 1999.[2] He retired on December 31, 2014.[3]
Education
Frank received both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of Virginia.[2]
Career
Prior to joining the Virginia Court of Appeals, Frank served as a judge for the Newport News Circuit Court for eight years.[2]
