A special election to fill the seat representing Virginia's 11th Congressional District in the U.S. House will be held in 2025. The general election will be held September 9, 2025. The filing deadline was July 11, 2025.[1]
The special election will fill the vacancy left by Gerald Connolly (D), who died on May 21, 2025.[2]
