Jesse Kharbanda was a 2016 Democratic candidate for District 36 of the Indiana State Senate.[1]
Biography
Kharbanda received a B.A. in economics and one in environmental studies from the University of Chicago in 1999. He received his MSc in economics for development in 2001 and his MSt in political history in 2002 from Oxford University. Kharbanda has been the executive director of the Hoosier Environmental Council since 2007.[2]
