I am a proud graduate of Fort Smith Northside and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. I spent 27 years as a homebased software developer for Acxiom. I currently work at a small innovative business in Van Buren. I am married to Jay and we have raised four children in the River Valley.
  • I am not a politician but the political climate in Arkansas has changed. Now is the time for ordinary citizens like me to step up and represent the people of Arkansas. The District 51 community deserves to have their voices heard in the Arkansas Legislature. Please support me and let’s make change happen.
  • There is so much disinformation circulating right now. We need to remind voters that this election is not really blue or red. We are fighting for Arkansas and for the citizens of Arkansas… and for democracy. We need to stand for what is right for all citizens of Arkansas.
  • Supporting economic growth is important to District 51 and the Pilot Training Program that is coming soon. The River Valley has a great opportunity and we need to make sure we’re ready and that we use this opportunity to our greatest benefit to all our citizens.
These are my top concerns for Arkansas and my district:

• Ensuring that all students in Arkansas receive a quality public education
• Supporting transparency in government and a strong Freedom of Information Act
• Protecting women's reproductive rights
• Restoring Medicaid rights to Arkansas children who qualify
• Working for access to safe, quality, and affordable housing for Arkansas citizens
• Establishing fair and equitable renter’s rights

I am always willing to listen to ideas and concerns about what we need in the River Valley.
My very first job lasted 27 years. I worked for Acxiom in Conway with 21 of those years being homebased in Fort Smith. I loved being a software engineer and enjoyed the challenge in changing technology and problem solving.
Arkansas has a great history of promoting a strong Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The changes made to FOIA in the last legislative session need to be rolled back and the previous FOIA law revived and strengthened. Transparency in government is a must.
