Virginia Milkey (b. January 27, 1950) was a Democratic member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Windham-3-1.
Milkey joined the Vermont State House of Representatives in 1991. She has served in that position since, representing the Windham-3-1 District.
Milkey has worked as a Research Writer and as a Gardener. She has also worked as Director of the Senior Volunteer Program.
Milkey earned her B.A. from Middlebury College in 1972.
