Richard Proctor (Constitution Party) ran for election for Utah Treasurer. He lost in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Proctor ran as a Constitution Party candidate in the 2016 election for Utah Treasurer. He was defeated by David Damschen (R) in the general election.[1] He was also a Constitution Party candidate for Utah State Auditor in the 2012 and 2008 elections.
Biography
As of 2020, Proctor lived in Kaysville, Utah.[2] He is a retired economist.[3]
