Joseph F. Koziura was a Democratic member of the Ohio House of Representatives. He represented District 56 from 1985-1995 and from 2001 to 2011. Koziura was the mayor for City of Lorain from 1996-1999. In 2010, Koziura was ineligible to run under Ohio's term limits.
Koziura is a licensed financial advisor for Wachovia Securities. His other professional experiences include auditor and chief deputy auditor for the City of Lorain; United States Army, Vietnam; certified financial planner for Asset Allocation Management Specialist; and licensed financial advisor for Wachovia Securities.
Koziura is a graduate in accounting from Lorain County Community College and he attended government finance from Dyke College. He and his wife, Kit, have one child; Mary Katherine.[1]
