George Warwick McClintic

George Warwick McClintic (1866-1942) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.[1]

He was nominated by President Warren Harding on July 19, 1921 to a new seat created by 42 Stat. 67. He was confirmed by the Senate on July 25th, and received commission that same day. On March 1, 1941, he assumed senior status. He served until his death on September 25, 1942.[1] McClintic was succeeded in this position by Ben Moore.
