Marshal Morgan is a magistrate judge of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. She assumed office on May 23, 2018.

Biography

Education

Morgan obtained his B.A. in history in 1989 from Yale University and received his J.D. in 1994 from the University of Baltimore.[1]

Judicial career

Marshal Morgan joined the District of Puerto Rico as a federal magistrate judge on May 23, 2018.
