My name is Blase Henry! I am the Captain/Chair of the Arizona Pirate Party and the Scribe/Secretary of the United States Pirate Party! I'm running for the Arizona House of the Legislative District 17 because the American people deserve to be represented by someone who wants to represent them and what America stands for! Who can fight and stand up for the right to enjoy freedom and privacy on the Internet! To ensure a Digital Bill of Rights protects the citizen's freedom and privacy on the Internet! A transparent government instead of the lies and apathy we've been accustomed to! To expand the knowledge and culture through copyright reform! To put the People before Corporations or the Government! To stand for all of us! Not this duopoly that forces a binary choice for ambitious people to become representatives just by winning their primaries. That divides us with pointless distractions that make us attack one another all the while the country deteriorates around us!

Our ancestors wouldn't stand for this and neither should we! Join me on this Pirate Revolution as we Hoist the Colours to save America and what she stands for!

Petition to get onto the ballot. I am not asking for you to vote for me, only to be on the ballot in 26: https://go.azsos.gov/4csm
  • Hoist the Colours and Join the Pirate Revolution!
  • If Buying isn't Ownership, then Piracy isn't Theft.
  • Out of Many, One.
A Digital Bill of Rights, Internet Freedom, Internet Privacy, Copyright Reform, Open Source, Individual Gun Rights, Government transparency, Police Reform, Decentralization, LGBTQ+ rights, Indigenous Rights, Minority Rights, People before Corporations or the Government.
I look up to many that I would like to follow in some example of and in no particular order:

-Patrick Henry
-Teddy Roosevelt
-George Washington
-Thomas Jefferson
-Ulysses S Grant
-Thaddeus Stevens
-Dwight D. Eisenhower
-General Samuel Thomson from the Revolution

-Tench Coxe
Honesty, integrity, commitment to one's ideals, representing the people, do everything they can for the betterment of the people they represent, and having an unconditional love for America.
Scars of Independence by Holger Hoock
A proper relationship where the governor and state legislature can work together instead of at each others throats to serve the state and people they represent.
There would be five bills I would introduce if possible. A Digital Bill of Rights for Arizona bill. A bill that bans ID requirement/Age Verification laws on the Internet, Artificial Intelligence or otherwise, from websites such as YouTube from using them to spy and store people's data and identification and essentially segregate them into age groups without their consent. A bill resembling the Stop Killing Games Initiative from Europe to protect Video Game consumers and players. A bill that makes it illegal for payment/credit card/etc processors to pressure and intimidate companies to removing/banning content on the Internet such as Steam for adult video games or firearm shops for weapons. And a bill that requires internet service providers to get consent from consumers to share their data and the police need to have a warrant for that data.
United States Pirate Party. Arizona Pirate Party.
Internet, Technology, Science, International Trade, Water.
Transparency and accountability, for both financial and government is imperative for a healthy democratic republic.
