Campaign website

Hardin Harrison's campaign website stated the following:

VISION & PRIORITIES

My vision for Arkansas is one of hard work and excellence.  I want all Arkansans to have access to secure elections, a safe and secure state Capitol and quality employment.  I want to attract quality businesses to Arkansas so that more Arkansans can have high quality jobs and opportunities.  I will maintain rigorous standards of excellence to achieve continuous improvement in these areas.

SECURE ELECTIONS

It is paramount that Arkansas has a trustworthy election process. I will work hard to eliminate Illegal aliens and others illegally voting to be caught and held accountable.I believe in common-sense procedures and tools to safeguard the voting process including state of the art technology, vetting Arkansas voters and handling absentee ballots with the utmost care.

SECURITY OF THE CAPITOL

The Arkansas Capitol is the “people’s house” of Arkansas.  Citizens have the right to safety and secure access to this most prized living monument to our freedom and democracy.  I will work hard to ensure that the Capitol is safe and secure and also available to the thousands of Arkansans, other citizens and tourists from around the world who visit every year.

ATTRACTING BUSINESS FOR ARKANSAS

The Arkansas Secretary of State’s Office is responsible for all business filings for those corporations registered in the state of Arkansas.  I want to operate in a “business friendly” atmosphere to attract quality jobs for Arkansans.  We will operate with positive, efficient, pro-business policies and procedures.
