|I attended LSU and graduated in 2008. While in college I was involved with Ron Paul’s campaign and wrote several articles on topics ranging from the American Drug War, DTC (Direct to Consumer) advertising with pharmaceutical companies, and American involvement in foreign conflicts.
At age 29 I was accepted to the now defunct Criminal Justice Policy Foundation, a criminal justice think tank in Washington DC. At the foundation I worked with many people from all political walks of life, even appearing on CSPAN and publishing articles in the Congressional Record (a Judicial subcommittee on the Overcriminalization of Americans).- By funding a losing war on drugs, not legalizing recreational marijuana use, and not instituting a state lottery, Alabama is missing out on Billions in revenue.
- Our founding fathers never intended for there to be career politicians. Through campaign finance reform and term limits, we can put an end to politicians that only serve themselves.
- We are in the later stages of a failing democracy. We are retreating into dependence on the government, as we have not heeded the warnings of Benjamin Franklin, who famously wrote that "when people find they can vote themselves money, that will be the end of the republic".
