Richard Cyngier was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 14 of the Ohio House of Representatives.

Cyngier ran in the 2012 election for Ohio House, District 14. Cyngier was unopposed in the March 6 Republican primary election and was defeated by incumbent Michael Foley (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]

Cyngier is the son of Polish immigrants, and learned to speak English at the age of six. He currently resides in Brooklyn, OH with his wife Pamla and two daughters.[3]
