|was spent consulting Fortune 500 companies, government entities and nonprofits on transformational change. As an executive, my role gave me in-depth knowledge and experience in budgeting, project management, training, leadership, sales, negotiations, people development, change management and
communications. I love America and all that it has to offer! I know the American Dream exists and can be achieved as I am a product of that dream. While I love our country, I recognize we have room for improvement. I support initiatives whose goals are to promote improvements and transparency within our government entities. I believe government works best when led by servant leaders. Alabama deserves leaders who will work for our communities, families, individuals and businesses. Alabama deserves leaders who work hard to find common-sense solutions that utilize all of our resources to solve the problems of today. Most of all, Alabama deserves leaders who will "dare to defend" the rights of our residents.- Individual Freedom: Government's responsibility is to protect our God-given freedoms. I will fight to defend our Constitutional rights, including our right to bear arms and determine our own medical decisions.
- Education: Alabama spent over $7 billion on education in 2021 and our students continue to place last amongst their peers. I will put our children before systems. I will sponsor legislation and initiatives that give parents a voice when it comes to their children's education.
- Limited Government: Families, markets and communities work better when the government stays out of the way. I support government deregulation of businesses and limited taxes on businesses, families and individuals. The current Legislature has grown State government by over 30% in the past 4 years. I will work to repeal the perpetual gas tax they passed as well as look for other ways to put money back into citizens' budgets.
