Albert Byrne Fletcher, Jr. is a former Article I federal judge who served on the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. He joined the court on April 30, 1975, after an appointment from Gerald Ford. His term ended on September 11, 1985. He served as chief judge of the court from 1975-1980.[1] Judge Fletcher passed away in 1998.[2][3]
