Anthony J. Horn was a 2013 Democratic candidate for District 53 of the Connecticut House of Representatives.[1]

Horn ran in the special election for Connecticut House of Representatives District 53. The seat was vacant following Rep. Bryan Hurlburt's (D) resignation on April 16, 2013 to take a position in the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Farm Services Bureau.. Horn was defeated by Samuel Belsito (R) in the special election, which took place on June 11.[2][1][3]
