Bob Gilby was a Democratic candidate for District 27 of the Arizona House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 24, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.

Gilby faced Eric Carbajal Bustamante, Dustin Cox, John Bernal, Sally Ann Gonzales, Sami Hamed, and Macario Saldate in the August 24 primary. Saldate and Gonzales went on to defeat Republican Robert I. Compton and Green Party candidate Kent Solberg in the general election.
