David Perelman
David S. Perelman was a recalled magistrate judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He was appointed to this court on September 14, 1979. He retired and assumed recalled judge status on July 13, 1999.[1]
Education
Judge Perelman graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 1958.[1]
