What would be your top three priorities, if elected?
1) Provide armed school resource officers for every school in the State including private schools. 2) Implement a comprehensive plan to reduce and eliminate the opioid and dangerous drug problems in our great State by providing funding for drug education and prevention starting at kindergarten and beyond, drug enforcement, drug and mental illness rehabilitation, create jobs and opportunities. 3) Stand strong and responsible on our Second Amendment Right.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
Safety and security of all citizens is paramount with me. Being a Marine Corps Veteran, retired Maryland State Trooper and currently serving in the Maryland Criminal Justice System, I have seen the erosion of morals in our communities and our country. We are constantly threatened by gang members, drug dealers, individuals with mental illness, local and international terrorists on a daily basis. We need to address these issues now with strong and competent leadership. I believe I have the expertise and gravitas for the job.

A Senator that always tried to do the right things for the people of Maryland by living ethically and initiating strategies that are right, moral, and ethical.
What is your favorite holiday? Why?
Celebrating Christmas. Acknowledging that God sent down to earth His only Son who eventually sacrificed His life so we can live eternally with Him in heaven. Knowing that our Creator walked on this earth with us and for us because He loves us.
What is your favorite book? Why?
My favorite book is the Holy Bible which is a collaboration of many books and letters. It is the word of God and the moral compass on how to live.
What do you perceive to be your state’s greatest challenges over the next decade?
Becoming a top ten business friendly state.
What do you believe is the ideal relationship between the governor and the state legislature?
Bipartisanship. Finding common ground for the common good. Supporting one another and becoming one team.
Do you believe it’s beneficial to build relationships with other legislators? Please explain your answer.
You have to build relationships with all legislators to get the job done for the people. You have to work in a bipartisan fashion and be a good listener. We have to bring the problems to the table and work it out. We must always find common ground for the common good.
If you are not a current legislator, are there certain committees that you would want to be a part of?
Judaical proceedings
Is there a particular legislator, past or present, whom you want to model yourself after?
Senator Wayne Norman who recently passed away. He was loved and respected and was an outstanding legislator.
