Jane Rands
Jane Rands was the Green Party candidate for District 72 of the California State Assembly in an election that took place on January 12, 2010. The election was to determine who would take the seat of Michael Duvall.[1]
Rands is a Systems Engineer. She has a B.S. from Cal Poly Pomona in Computer Science. She is the Green Party's liaison to the California Secretary of State and has held office with the Green Party of Orange County.

Rands was defeated by incumbent Republican Chris Norby in the November 2 general election.[2]
