Mark Jester
Mark Jester was a Republican candidate for the Third Berkshire District, Massachusetts House of Representatives in the October 18, 2011 special election. Jester was running to fill the vacancy created when Christopher Speranzo (D) resigned on July 13 to take accept an appointment as new clerk magistrate of Central Berkshire District Court.[1]

Jester was defeated by Patricia Farley-Bouvier (D) in the October 18 special election. Mark Miller (G) and Pam Malumphy (I) also ran. Miller was a close second, losing to Farley-Bouvier by less than 200 votes (a 1,940-1,748 margin). Jester garnered 899 votes.[2]
