Melvin Edwards
Melvin A. Edwards was a 2014 Democratic candidate for the Tenth Hampden District of the Massachusetts House of Representatives.[1]

Elections for the Massachusetts House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election was held on September 9, 2014, and a general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 3, 2014. Carlos Gonzalez defeated Melvin Edwards and Ivette Hernandez in the Democratic primary and was unopposed in the general election.[2]
2012
Edwards ran in the 2012 election for Massachusetts State Senate District Hampden District. He was defeated by incumbent James T. Welch in the Democratic primary on September 6.[3][4][5]
