Paul Halley was a candidate for the 2011 Republican Party nomination for District 1 of the New Jersey General Assembly. He was bracketed with Peter Boyce in the primary. Halley and Boyce were defeated by Suzanne Walters and Samuel Fiocchi in the primary on June 7.[2][3]
