Nominating petitions challenged
While 14 signatures were disqualified, Torres survived a challenge to his nominating petitions, with a state administrative law judge ruling on April 21 that Torres should remain on the ballot.[3] Torres is one of two individuals who remained on the ballot after a challenge.
