Campaign themes

In an interview with the Gloucester County Times, Ratliff listed his top priorities:

  • "With the economy being in its current condition, job creation would be my primary priority. Second, education, which is my primary interest, should be addressed. I believe science and mathematics should be emphasized in our schools. This lands us to my third concern, alternative energy sources. In the not-so-distant future, there will be a demand for jobs in the energy sector. In addition, with the rising cost of necessities, the consumer will be interested in more affordable forms of energy."[1]
