Patricia O'Donnell (b. October 15, 1954) was a Republican member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Windham-1.
O'Donnell joined the Vermont State House of Representatives in 1999. She has served in that position since, representing the Windham-1 District. She has also served on the Vernon School Board.
O'Donnell works in sales as the owner/operator of a small business.
O'Donnell attended Holyoke Community College.

O'Donnell did not run for re-election to the Windham 1 District in 2010.
