Russ Lyman was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 12 of the Colorado House of Representatives.
Lyman has been a Level 3 Communications Inc. for Network Engineer since August 2000.[1]

Lyman ran in the 2012 election for Colorado House of Representatives District 12. He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on June 26, 2012. He was defeated by Mike Foote (D) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2]
