Biography
Michael Smith was born in Sandusky, Ohio. His career experience includes working in construction. Smith has been affiliated with the Central Ohio AFL-CIO, the Central Ohio Building and Construction Trades Council, the Central Ohio Building Futures Program, and the Licking County Democratic Club.[1]
