Biography

Emmanuel Amanfor earned a graduate degree from Drexel University in 2016. His career experience includes working as a contract compliance supervisor at the Division of Rehabilitative Programs for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Amanfor has served as the Chair of the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency and as Vice Chair of the City of Sacramento Civil Service Personnel Board.[1][2]

Chair of the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Commission. Vice Chair of the City of Sacramento Civil Service Personnel Board.

  • A man for...The basic needs of the people. I will ensure that we address the basic needs for the people. Too many people do not have these.
Passionate about housing for our homeless (unhoused) population and working families, and public safety for the community. My lived experiences and professional experiences have equipped me with the ability of addressing these issues effectively compared to anyone else. Exercising Public Health foundations for these policies have shown statistical success.
