Jeffrey Barnhart
Jeffrey Barnhart (b. March 5, 1956) was a Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives. He represented District 82 from 2001 - 2011.
Barnhart received his Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University in 1981. He is a self-employed investment counselor, fence business owner and has served as executive director of the American Belorussian Relief Organization since 1997. He and his wife, Jody, have two children.
Barnhart retired from the House on September 30, 2011 to take a position at McGuireWoods Consulting, a lobbying firm.[1]

2010
On November 2, 2010, Barnhart won election to the North Carolina House of Representatives. He defeated Larry Pittman in the primary and ran unopposed in the general election which took place on November 2, 2010.[2][3]
