Oscar Edward Bland

Oscar Edward Bland (1877-1951) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Customs and Patent Appeals.

Federal judicial service

Bland was nominated to the Court of Customs Appeals by President Warren Harding. He was confirmed on March 4, 1923. He assumed senior status on December 1, 1947, and served in that capacity until his death on August 3, 1951.[1]
