Richard James
Richard James (Democratic Party) (also known as Rick) ran for election to the Virginia House of Delegates to represent District 90. He did not appear on the ballot for the Democratic primary on June 8, 2021.
James was a 2013 Democratic candidate for District 90 of the Virginia House of Delegates. He was also a 2011 Democratic candidate for District 90 of the Virginia House of Delegates.[1]
