Ann Manwaring (b. July 14, 1940) is a Democratic member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Windham-6 since 2013. She previously represented Windham-2 from 2007 to 2013.

Manwaring is a retired small business owner. She also worked as a Real Estate Broker.

Manwaring earned her BA in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University. She went on to receive her MS in Internet Strategy from Marlboro College Tech Center.
