Bruce Guyton
H. Bruce Guyton was a federal magistrate judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. He has served in this position from 2003 to 2022.[1][2]
Early life and education
Guyton grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee. He received his undergraduate degree from Rhodes College in 1978 and his law degree from the University of Virginia in 1981.[1]
Career
Guyton worked as a private practice lawyer for 21 years before he was appointed as a federal magistrate judge in 2003.[1]
