I remember the first time a Black man ran for President. My parents talked about voting for him. It was exciting just to see a Black man run for President.

Redistricting should be a fair process that do not keep incumbents in power. Maybe a special committee should be formed that includes Legislators, community members and educators.

My story is impactful and inspiring. I went from being a teen mom to the youngest Ph.D. to now a candidate for State Representative. It's possible.
