Ellen Arthur was a 2015 Democratic candidate for District 24 of the Virginia House of Delegates.[1]
Arthur was nominated on May 23, 2015, by the Democratic Party to represent District 24 in the general election.[1]

Incumbent Ben Cline was unopposed in the Republican primary. Cline defeated Arthur in the general election.[3][4]
