Tom Sirard was a candidate in the 2012 election for Connecticut House of Representatives District 58. He was also a 2010 Republican candidate for District 58 of the Connecticut House of Representatives. He lost both elections.

Sirard ran in the 2012 election for Connecticut House of Representatives District 58. Sirard ran unopposed in the Republican primary on August 14 and was defeated by David Alexander (D) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1][2][3]
