Vik Edwin Stoll is the deputy chief administrative officer and director of collections for Jackson County, Missouri. He has held the positions since 2012 and 2014, respectively. He was nominated to a seat on the United States Tax Court by President Barack Obama on November 9, 2015. [1][2] On January 3, 2017, Stoll's nomination was returned to President Obama at the sine die adjournment of the 114th Congress.[3]

Education

Stoll earned both a B.S. and J.D. from the University of Missouri.[2]

Stoll was nominated to the United States Tax Court by President Obama on November 9, 2015. President Obama said on the nomination:

On February 4, 2016, hearings were held on Stoll's nomination in the United States Senate Committee on Finance. On April 18, 2016, his nomination was reported out of committee without a printed report. On January 3, 2017, Stoll's nomination was returned to President Obama at the sine die adjournment of the 114th Congress.[3]
